Anime at Anderson

Hey!  We have some great things going on at the Anderson Library the next four weeks, just for teens.  All events are on Thursday afternoon at 4:00 (that should be easy to remember, huh?).  Here's a list of what's happening:

Thursday, Feb. 14th -- An Anime Movie! 

Thursday, Feb. 21st -- Get a Manga hair-do!

Thursday, Feb. 28th -- Learn to Draw Manga!

Thursday, March 6th -- Watch Martial Arts!

Sounds fun!  Hope to see you all there.  If you can't make it to these events, or Anderson is too far away for you to drive, stay tuned... Anime events will come to your library soon!

Whoops! Did anybody else notice when Beyonce introduced Tina Turner as "The Queen"? Bad enough to do it at all, but especially when Aretha Franklin (THE TRUE QUEEN) was actually present and performing the same night? Yikes! Diva Alert!!!

I've watched people draw real/cartoon looking people (manga/anime). I would really like to go to it but I might have to do something for school on that day but I might be able to skip it just once. I think it would be cool to be able to draw stuff like that!
